Côte d’Ivoire Taux d'inflation

The annual inflation rate in Ivory Coast slowed to 2.5% in November 2024, down from 2.6% in October. It marked the lowest inflation rate since January 2021, with food prices rising the least since October 2019 (1.8% vs 2.2% in October), due to lower prices of fresh vegetables; oil and fats; and milk, cheese, and eggs. Inflation also moderated for furnishing (3.0% vs 3.4%). Meanwhile, housing (6.6% vs 6.5%) and transport prices (1.5% vs 1.4%) continued to rise. On a monthly basis, consumer prices rose by 0.1% in November, the first monthly increase in three months, after a 0.4% drop in October.
