Danemark Ventes au détail (annuelles)

Retail sales in Denmark climbed by 4.9% year-on-year in April 2025, accelerating from an upwardly revised 1.7% rise in the previous month. This marked the second consecutive month of growth in retail activity, as sales rebounded significantly for food and other groceries (4.6% vs -3.6% in March). Meanwhile, trade growth moderated for clothing (0.2% vs 3.2%) and other consumer goods (5.7% vs 6.1%). On a seasonally adjusted monthly basis, retail activity increased by 0.4% in April, recovering from a 0.1% fall in the preceding period.
