The S&P CoreLogic Case-Shiller 20-City Home Price Index rose 2.8% year-over-year in May 2025, easing from a 3.4% increase in April and slightly below market expectations of a 3.0% gain. In contrast, Tampa posted a 2.4% annual decline—its seventh consecutive month of year-over-year price drops.
