US personal income rose by 0.5% over a month to $25.538 trillion in March of 2025, following a downwardly revised 0.7% increase in February and compared to market forecasts of a 0.4% rise. Employee compensation rose by 0.5% in March, following a 0.4% increase in February, driven by equal gains in both wages and supplements to wages (+0.5%). Income also rose through rental income of persons with capital consumption adjustment (+0.7%).
